Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. is gearing up for its second season with the release of a new promotional video. The clip offers a preview of the opening theme, "Latte Magic," performed by syudou and Yūsei Yagi (FANTASTICS).
The upcoming season, set to premiere on NTV on July 4 at 12:55 a.m. JST (effectively July 5), will feature some notable cast and staff changes. Riki Fukushima steps in as the new director, taking the helm at J.C.STAFF, while Michiko Yokote joins as the new script supervisor. Mariko Higashiuchi will voice Hitomi Koshigaya, replacing Yumiri Hanamori in the role. The series continues its adaptation of Sekka Iwata and Yū Aoki's manga.
The returning cast includes Sayumi Watabe as Iroha Akasaka, Kōsuke Gotō as Commissioner Koshigaya, Taketora as President Manda, Manaka Iwami as Sakae Tōnomori, and Masaya Fukunishi as Hibiki Yamimori. Behind the scenes, Masahiro Fujii returns as character designer and Makoto Miyazaki as music composer, with new additions including assistant director Hiroyasu Oda and sound director Yoshikazu Iwanami.
The first season of the magical girl workplace comedy aired from October to December 2024 and was streamed internationally by Amazon Prime Video. The original manga concluded in July 2025.
