The fantasy isekai series Lv2 kara Cheat datta Motoyuusha Kouho no Mattari Isekai Life (also known as Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers) is set to receive a second season. Production company Overlap made the announcement, accompanied by a new visual and a promotional video.

The first season, animated by J.C.Staff, concluded its 12-episode run in Spring 2024. It was available for international audiences via Crunchyroll, which provided multiple subtitle and dub options.

The anime adapts Miya Kinojou's light novel series, which began serialization online in 2016 before being published by Overlap. The story follows Banaza, a merchant summoned as a hero to a magical kingdom, who finds himself rejected due to his low stats. However, upon reaching level two, he gains extraordinary powers, leading to a relaxed life in another world.

Both the light novel and its manga adaptation by Akine Itomachi are licensed in English by J-Novel Club and Seven Seas Entertainment, respectively. The latest volumes of both the light novel and manga were released in March, with new volumes scheduled for August and September.
