The third season of the live-action Tengu no Daidokoro series is set to air on October 1, taking over the 'Mokuyō Drama 23' slot on BS-TBS. The upcoming season shifts the narrative scope, with On Izuna traveling to New York to visit his parents, while Motoi Izuna continues his life in the tengu village and their childhood friend Yui Atago works toward launching his own business.
Production remains in familiar hands, with director Kakeru Nagashima returning alongside the core creative team, including writers Yukiko Sode, Chihiro Amano, and Hiromu Kumamoto. Composer VaVa is also back to provide the series' score. The main trio—Kiita Komagine as Motoi, Akihisa Shiono as Yui, and Keitatsu Koshiyama as On—will reprise their roles to anchor the continued story of the tengu descendants.
Joining the ensemble for this third outing are newcomers Hinata Hiiragi as Nagi Shiramine, Shūji Okui as Jōji Kunihiro, and Yuno Nagao as Hina. They are joined by returning cast members Robin Furuya, Akihiro Kakuta, Makiko Watanabe, and Taizō Harada. The series, based on the manga by Ai Tanaka, has maintained a consistent annual release schedule since its debut in October 2023, building on the source material's exploration of the brothers' isolation from human society.
