The long-running supernatural light novel series Tokyo Ravens is officially approaching its conclusion. Author Kouhei Azano announced on the series' official social media account that the story will wrap up with the release of its 18th volume, which is currently slated to arrive this winter.

This final installment follows the release of the 17th volume, which Kadokawa published in March 2025. The series, which features illustrations by Sumihei, has had a complex publication history, including a notable six-year hiatus that began after the 16th volume was released in October 2018. Since its inception in 2010, the franchise has expanded significantly, spawning multiple manga adaptations and a four-volume side-story series, Tokyo Ravens EX.

Beyond the original light novels, the franchise is perhaps best known to international audiences for its 24-episode anime adaptation produced by studio 8bit, which aired between 2013 and 2014. That series remains available to stream on Crunchyroll. While the light novel series reached a milestone of 1 million copies in circulation as of September 2023, the upcoming finale marks the end of a 15-year journey for the supernatural school drama.
