The upcoming television adaptation of Kyoufu Collector has confirmed three additional cast members joining the project. Sae Hiratsuka is set to voice Momo, Ryouta Oosaka will portray Raita, and Hana Hishikawa has been cast as Sachiko Konno. These updates arrive as the production prepares for its broadcast debut on NHK-G, scheduled for October 10 at 11:45 p.m.
Behind the scenes, Yuki Inaba is overseeing the series as both director and composer at Studio Palette. The visual identity of the show is being crafted by character designer Kaori Yoshikawa, while the score is composed by Masato Kouda. The series draws from the prolific horror novel franchise by Midori Satou, which has maintained a steady release schedule under the Kadokawa Tsubasa Bunko imprint since 2015.
Beyond the original novels, the franchise includes a manga adaptation by Niko Yuuki that was serialized in Comic Gene. Yen Press has brought both the novels and the manga to English-speaking markets, with recent volumes hitting shelves earlier this year. With the cast now filling out, the focus shifts to how Studio Palette will balance the series' episodic horror roots within a standard television format.
