The upcoming anime adaptation of 'The Former Duke Who Said He Had No Intention of Loving You' (Kimi wo Aisuru Ki wa Nai" to Itta Jiki Koushaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai shitekimasu) has announced additional cast members. This fantasy romance series, adapted from its manga source, is set to premiere in Summer 2026.
The story centers on Elsa, the daughter of a disgraced aristocrat, who finds herself unexpectedly engaged to the elite Julius. Her confusion deepens when Julius's kind demeanor shifts dramatically after their marriage.
Animation duties are handled by studios Zero-G and Grass, with Avex Pictures and Saber Links producing. The original manga has cultivated a following within the fantasy and romance genres.
