The production team behind the latest Keroro Gunsou television anime has confirmed three additional voice actors for the series. Kana Ichinose, recognized for her work in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, joins the cast as Angol Mois. The announcement also confirms the return of Chiwa Saitou to the role of Aki Hinata, alongside Satomi Arai, who has been tapped to provide the series narration.

This new adaptation, which launched its broadcast on October 3 via TV Tokyo, is currently under the direction of Toshihiko Sano at Bandai Namco Pictures. The creative staff is rounded out by series composer Toshimitsu Takeuchi, character designer Hatsue Nakayama, and composer Kan Sawada. The project serves as the latest expansion of Mine Yoshizaki’s long-running manga, which has been serialized in Shounen Ace since 1999.

While the original 358-episode series produced by Sunrise remains a cornerstone of the franchise's history, this modern iteration arrives years after the conclusion of the previous television run and the six feature films released between 2006 and 2011. With the cast list growing, the production is settling into its fall broadcast schedule. It remains to be seen how this new iteration will integrate the classic comedic tone of the Keronian invasion with the updated production standards of the current season.
