Creator Kei Urana announced on X that the Gachiakuta manga will resume publication on November 11. The series had been on hiatus since the release of the 36th and 37th combined issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine on August 5, with the publisher noting at the time that the break was intended for research purposes. Urana launched the series in February 2022 with graffiti design credited to Hideyoshi Ando. Kodansha released the 19th compiled volume on July 16. The franchise also includes a television anime adaptation that premiered in July 2025 across CBC, TBS, and other channels. The series is currently available on Crunchyroll, which also streams an English dub, and has been confirmed for a second season.
