According to the publisher, the label provides international readers with free access to the opening and latest chapters of selected series, with plans to expand the library over time. In addition to hosting ongoing series, the label functions as a publishing platform for the Kadokawa World Manga Atelier, an initiative focused on supporting international creators. The initial lineup includes Brain Alive by Rafał Jaki and MACHINE GAMU, Kung Fu Kung Fool by masterlynx, Spica and Voice of Books by Kimiko Ueno, and A Peach Offering for the Imperial Court by Yūho Ueji. The page also incorporates previously available English titles, such as Elden Ring: The Road to the Erdtree and Suikoden Star Leap.
