Kodansha's digital manga platform, K Manga, has announced the addition of Paris Nakagawa's romantic comedy, Watch Out for Watarase, to its English-language offerings. The manga, originally titled Tokoton Kuzu na Watarase nanoni, is now available as a simulpub, meaning new chapters will release concurrently with their Japanese counterparts.
The platform has made the first 14 chapters available for readers to enjoy immediately. Watch Out for Watarase centers on Nonoka, a university student who moves to the city and intends to live with her brother. However, upon arrival, she discovers her brother's notoriously shameless and womanizing comedy partner, Watarase, also resides there. The story explores Nonoka's struggle to resist falling for Watarase, despite knowing she shouldn't.
Paris Nakagawa debuted the series in Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine in November 2024. The third compiled volume of the manga was released in Japan on March 13.
