Kodansha’s digital platform K MANGA is expanding its library with the addition of the dark fantasy manga Sen Sen Senki. The series, which features a narrative centered on a young boy named Raika seeking to become a sage to protect others from a tyrannical warlord, will be available for readers starting October 13.
The manga is a collaborative effort between author A-10 and illustrator Ryūga Kawasaki. The title first made its debut in the pages of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine earlier this year on June 10. Following its serialization, the publisher released the first compiled book volume on September 16.
Set against a backdrop of fractured nations and conflict, the story follows Raika’s journey after he escapes captivity following the destruction of his home. The addition of this title to the platform provides a wider digital reach for the series shortly after its initial print volume release.
