K Manga has expanded its English-language offerings with the addition of Ema Toyama's fantasy romance manga, A Thousand Years Behind the Veil (Sen-nen no Hanayome). The platform also added The Tale of How My Cheap, Stingy Sister-in-Law Lost It All (Sekokechi Gimai ga Subete o Ushinatta Hanashi) by Aika and Meshiko Iida.
A Thousand Years Behind the Veil tells the story of Chitose, a young noblewoman from the cursed Totsuki clan. After being tricked by her sister and transformed into an old woman, her dreams of motherhood are shattered. Her life takes a turn when a mysterious man named Kotaro appears, promising to grant her wish.
Ema Toyama, known for Vampire Dormitory, which recently received an anime adaptation, launched A Thousand Years Behind the Veil in Kodansha's ARTEMIS by sirius digital manga magazine in May 2025. The series is currently ongoing, with its third compiled volume released in May 2026.
The Tale of How My Cheap, Stingy Sister-in-Law Lost It All focuses on Reimi's exasperation with her incredibly frugal sister-in-law, Kae-chan. The manga, launched in Kodansha's Palcy app in December 2023, details Kae-chan's stingy habits, which escalate until Reimi can no longer tolerate them. The series is also serialized in ARTEMIS by sirius and had its fourth volume released digitally in September 2025.
