The high-stakes world of Junket Bank is coming to the small screen this fall. The television anime adaptation of Ikkō Tanaka’s gambling manga will debut on TV Tokyo on October 5 at 12:00 a.m. JST, with subsequent episodes slated for a weekly Monday broadcast. To mark the announcement, the production team released a series of new screenshots offering a glimpse into the series' intense aesthetic.

Adapted from the manga serialized in Shueisha's Young Jump since 2020, the story follows Akira, a novice banker whose life takes a drastic turn after a transfer to the bank's Special Operations Department. He is quickly thrust into an underground gambling circuit where the currency is life itself, setting the stage for his fateful encounter with the enigmatic Shin.

The production features a powerhouse staff, led by director Seiji Kishi, known for his work on Assassination Classroom. He is joined by series composer Makoto Fukami (Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc), character designer Masanori Shino (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean), and composer Taku Iwasaki (Gurren Lagann). The anime is being produced at studio CUE.
