Hirohiko Araki, the celebrated creator of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, has lent his artistic talents to the traditional world of kabuki. Araki designed special stage curtains for the Hakataza, the most prominent kabuki theater on the island of Kyūshū.

The newly designed curtains prominently feature renowned kabuki actors Onoe Kikugorō VIII and Onoe Kikunosuke VI. These specially crafted curtains are being used throughout the theater's Grand Kabuki performances, scheduled to run from June 2nd to June 22nd.

This collaboration serves as a commemoration of Onoe Kikugorō VIII and Onoe Kikunosuke VI officially assuming the mantles of two legendary stage names. Onoe Kikugorō VIII, formerly Onoe Kikunosuke V, inherited his father's name, while his eldest son, Onoe Kikunosuke VI, has taken on his father's previous stage name.
