Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia, the historical drama currently airing from Science SARU, is expanding its reach with an English dub. Crunchyroll confirmed that the first two episodes of the localized version will be available to stream starting July 18.
Leading the English voice cast is Cristina Vee as Fatima, the brilliant Persian scholar at the heart of the story, alongside Marwa Elda as Fatima and Christopher Guerrero as the legendary Genghis Khan. The production is helmed by voice director Shawn Gann, with adaptation work by Chris Cason, ensuring the intricate political dynamics of the 13th-century Mongol Empire translate effectively for international viewers.
This adaptation of Tomato Soup’s acclaimed manga—which topped the Kono Manga ga Sugoi! rankings for female readers in 2023—is under the creative guidance of chief director Naoko Yamada and director Abel Góngora.
