Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia, the historical drama currently airing from Science SARU, is expanding its reach with an English dub. Crunchyroll confirmed that the first two episodes of the localized version will be available to stream starting July 18.

Leading the English voice cast is Cristina Vee as Fatima, the brilliant Persian scholar at the heart of the story, alongside Marwa Elda as Fatima and Christopher Guerrero as the legendary Genghis Khan. The production is helmed by voice director Shawn Gann, with adaptation work by Chris Cason, ensuring the intricate political dynamics of the 13th-century Mongol Empire translate effectively for international viewers.

This adaptation of Tomato Soup’s acclaimed manga—which topped the Kono Manga ga Sugoi! rankings for female readers in 2023—is under the creative guidance of chief director Naoko Yamada and director Abel Góngora. Known for its rich portrayal of historical figures like Töregene, the series balances medical science and palace intrigue, themes that have earned the original manga multiple Manga Taisho Award nominations and a grand prize at the 55th Japan Cartoonists Association Awards.

Fans can catch the English dub alongside the ongoing Japanese broadcast, which features the opening theme "Stella" by SEKAI NO OWARI and the ending theme "Hoshi" by Queen Bee. With Science SARU’s distinct animation style bringing the vast Yeke Mongol Ulus to life, the series remains one of the most visually and narratively ambitious projects of the Summer 2026 season.
