This marks the final chapter for the manga adaptation of Kisetsu Morita’s light novel series, which has been a staple of the Gangan Online platform since its debut in June 2017. The source material itself concluded earlier this year, with the 30th and final volume of the original novels shipping in June 2025. The novels previously earned recognition as a top-10 entry in the 2019 Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! guidebook.
The franchise has seen significant expansion beyond print, supported by a dedicated fanbase appreciative of its iyashikei and isekai elements. The anime adaptation, produced by studio Revoroot, first aired in 2021 and was followed by a second season in April 2025.
