The long-running romantic comedy How to Grill Our Love (Yaiteru Futari) is coming to a close. According to an announcement from the series' official social media channels, Shiori Hanatsuka will publish the final chapter of the manga this Thursday via Kodansha’s Comic Days platform.

Launched in September 2020 within the pages of Morning magazine, the series carved out a unique niche by blending the anxieties of a sudden, long-distance marriage with the therapeutic hobby of barbecue. The story follows Kenta and Chihiro, a couple who marry early in their relationship and must navigate the complexities of domestic life and mutual discovery through their shared passion for grilling.

With 24 volumes already released in Japan and the English translation currently catching up under Kodansha USA, the series has maintained a steady following throughout its five-year tenure. Beyond the print success, the story's heartwarming premise was further cemented in popular culture with a live-action adaptation that premiered in July 2025.
