The production team for the Hotel Inhumans anime has announced that Shōya Chiba will join the cast for the series' second season. Chiba is set to voice Subaru Yoda, a transfer student who becomes involved with the school's piano club. This announcement follows the recent reveal of Hina Yomiya as the character Shiba Kirihara, further expanding the ensemble for the new arc.
The second season is scheduled to debut on October 4 on TV Tokyo, with subsequent broadcasts on BS TV Tokyo and AT-X. Production remains under the direction of Tetsuro Amino at studio Bridge, with the studio's subsidiary, Isle, also contributing to the project. The core creative team is returning in full, including series scriptwriter Shoji Yonemura and character designer Shingo Fujisaki.
While the first season concluded in September 2025, this continuation shifts the focus to new narrative developments following the completion of Ao Tajima’s original manga series. With the first season having been available to international viewers via Crunchyroll, fans are currently awaiting confirmation regarding the streaming platform for the upcoming episodes. Given the series' focus on the high-stakes world of professional assassins, it will be interesting to see how the addition of school-life characters like Subaru Yoda alters the tone of the hotel's operations.
