The production team behind the Hell Mode: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing anime has unveiled a fresh wave of voice talent as the series transitions into its Rosenheim arc. Joining the cast for this next chapter are Setsuji Satou as Rozen, Ayumi Tsunematsu as Lenoatir, Takehito Koyasu as Rezel, and Shoutarou Morikubo as Kyubel.
This announcement arrives alongside a new visual for the second season, which officially began its broadcast run on July 4. The series continues to be helmed by director Masato Tamagawa at Yokohama Animation Lab, with series composition handled by Daishirou Tanimura and character designs by Kei Tsushima. The production features a massive collaborative effort in the music department, with over ten composers credited for the score.
Based on Hamuo’s popular light novel series, which debuted on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2019, the anime follows the intense progression of a gamer tackling an incredibly difficult world. The franchise has seen significant expansion, with J-Novel Club currently handling the English digital distribution for both the light novel and the manga adaptation illustrated by Enji Tetta. Fans looking to catch up on the series can find the first season available via HIDIVE, which holds the simulcast rights for the production.
