The production team for Hell Mode - The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing has revealed an influx of new talent for its ongoing second season. The update introduces six additional voice actors who will portray key figures within the Rosenheim military and the demon ranks.
Joining the cast are Yuuki Sanpei as the supreme general Sigur, Yasuyuki Kase as the general Lukidral, and KΕ Bonkobara as the spirit summoner Gatoruga. The demonic forces are also expanding, with Satoshi Tsuruoka set to play the high-rank demon Graster, Takaaki Torashima as the long-range specialist Neftira, and Shinya Takahashi as the sharp-eyed Yagof.
These actors join a returning ensemble that features Takahiro Sakurai as Helmios and Reiji Kawashima as Keel. Behind the scenes, director Masato Tamagawa is back at the helm at Yokohama Animation Lab, working from scripts by Daishiro Tanimura. Character designs are once again handled by Kei Tsushima, while the musical score remains a collaborative effort from a large ensemble of composers.
Season 2, which features the new opening theme "βββ³β‘" by Romanha Marshmallow, is currently airing in Japan on Tokyo MX, MBS, BS NTV, and AT-X. International viewers can continue to follow the series via HIDIVE, which maintains its simulcast schedule for the season.
