Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life is set to premiere on July 11, with its broadcast debut scheduled for 26:00 JST on ABC TV, TV Asahi, and their affiliated channels. The series will also air on AT-X starting July 12 and BS NTV on July 13.

International audiences can catch the anime through Crunchyroll, which will stream it across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and India. Pony Canyon has confirmed worldwide streaming availability for the series.

The anime adapts Hekiru Hikawa's manga of the same name, which began serialization in Kodansha's Morning two magazine in August 2021. The story follows Narukami Ryusei, a former demon king who has reincarnated as a NEET. His peaceful new life is complicated by the reappearance of the hero who defeated him, now a cute high school girl.

This fantasy comedy, fitting the reincarnation and reverse isekai tropes, is produced by Pony Canyon and adapted from a manga that has published nine compiled volumes to date. The series adds to the growing list of fantasy-themed anime adapted from popular manga.
