Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok, an expanded version of Cygames' action RPG, will offer a free open beta test from April 24 to April 27 across all platforms. This trial period will allow players to experience an offline tutorial, test out 12 different characters, and participate in four online co-op quests. Notably, the Nintendo Switch 2 iteration will also showcase local wireless play during the beta.

Cygames has also released new introductory videos for the game, featuring both English subtitles and a full English dub, giving players a glimpse of the expanded narrative. The full Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok is slated for a July 9 release on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. Players who own the original Granblue Fantasy: Relink can upgrade to the new version, with pricing set at US$29.99 for the standard edition and US$54.99 for the special edition.

The action RPG boasts new story content and introduces new characters like Furycane and Id, alongside returning favorites such as Gran/Djeeta, Lyria, and Vyrn. The game's soundtrack is composed by industry veterans Nobuo Uematsu and Tsutomu Narita, with character designs by Hideo Minaba. Cygames took over development from Platinum Games in 2019, releasing the original Granblue Fantasy: Relink in February 2024, which has since garnered a strong following.
