The Girls und Panzer franchise is set to expand its digital footprint with two distinct new gaming projects. D3Publisher has announced Girls und Panzer: All-Star Tank Carnival, a console title slated for a 2027 release on the Switch 2. Meanwhile, G Holdings is developing Girls und Panzer: Bokosuka Rush, a mobile game that takes a different approach to the series' tactical roots.

For console players, All-Star Tank Carnival aims to build on the foundation established by previous entries. The development team behind the 2018 Girls und Panzer Dream Tank Match is returning to helm this project. Beyond the core tank combat, the game will feature an exploration mode, allowing players to navigate a digital recreation of Ōarai town as Miho. A trailer released alongside the announcement highlights the game's visual style and the return of familiar mechanics.

On the mobile front, Bokosuka Rush offers a narrative-driven premise set within the Boko Museum from Girls und Panzer der Film. Players follow Miho and Alice as they encounter the museum's tank simulator, leading to a gameplay loop that focuses on mixing and matching crews with various tanks to unlock new abilities. While a release date for the smartphone title remains unconfirmed, the project is already generating interest through its promotional videos.

These titles follow a history of successful franchise adaptations, including the original Dream Tank Match and its DX iteration for the Switch, both of which saw releases in Japan and Southeast Asia. With the return of veteran staff for the console project, the focus remains on whether these new entries can capture the same tactical depth that defined the series' previous interactive outings.
