The upcoming television anime adaptation of FX Senshi Kurumi-chan has finalized its production details, confirming an October 1 premiere date. The series will debut on AT-X at 9:30 p.m., with subsequent broadcasts scheduled on Tokyo MX, BS11, and Kansai TV. Fans looking for an early look can attend an advance screening of the first episode on September 27 at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas.
Alongside the scheduling news, the official website released a new main promotional video that highlights the series' opening theme, titled "FX Senshi Kurumi-chan." The track is performed by voice actress Aina Suzuki, who portrays the lead character, Kurumi Fukuga. Suzuki is also confirmed to perform the ending theme, "＄・￥・€."
The production team at studio Passione, led by director Yuuki Ogawa and series composer Kenta Ihara, has expanded its roster with several key additions. New staff members include assistant director Shintarou Matsushima, art director Takaya Kobayashi, and sound director Takatoshi Hamano. These additions round out a technical team tasked with bringing Demunyan and Tansan’s psychological manga to the screen.
While the anime is a new entry in the fall season, the source material has been running since 2016, with its tenth collected volume arriving just ahead of the broadcast.
