Crunchyroll has confirmed that three of its current simulcast titles are receiving English dubs, with releases staggered across the weekend. The platform is utilizing a mix of external partners and internal production teams to manage the rapid localization of these series.
FX Fighter Kurumi-chan, which premiered on the platform this past Thursday, features a dub produced by Bang Zoom! Studios. Kimoy Lee stars as the lead, Kurumi, under the direction of Michelle Ruff. Following this, the dub for #I'm Looking For Zombie is scheduled to arrive this Saturday. VSI Los Angeles is handling the production, with Gavin Cooper Harrison leading the project as both director and casting lead.
Finally, Reborn as a Space Mercenary will receive an in-house English dub starting this Sunday. The production features Kyle Phillips as Hiro and Kelsey Cruz as Elma, with Jad Saxton serving as the voice director. These rapid-fire releases highlight the platform's ongoing strategy to align localized audio options closely with the original Japanese broadcast schedule.
With these three titles now supported by English audio, the platform continues to expand its accessibility for the current season. It remains to be seen if this production model will become the standard for the remainder of the fall lineup, or if these titles were prioritized due to specific licensing agreements.
