The e-bookstore service emaqi, operated by the AI localization firm Orange Inc., has expanded its library with 11 new exclusive titles this month. Eight of these additions are available to subscribers of the platform's monthly emaqi Premium service, which offers curated access to the site's growing catalog.
Alongside the content expansion, the company has debuted a new chat assistant feature. This tool is designed to provide personalized recommendations by analyzing user preferences and current moods, aiming to streamline the discovery process for readers navigating the service's library.
Among the notable new arrivals is Streaming Under My Control by Yuka Tatami, which launched on October 6 for Premium subscribers. The story follows the dynamic between Maiko Yamakage, a woman seeking both employment and a partner, and Aya Masuyama, a reserved man she encounters on a dating app. The narrative explores their relationship as Maiko encourages Aya to pursue a career in live streaming. The digital release includes exclusive bonus illustrations not found in the original print edition.
