Shigenobu Matsumoto's Duel Masters RX manga will transition to Shogakukan's Weekly CoroCoro Comic online magazine beginning May 1. The announcement was made in the May issue of Monthly Coro Coro Comics.
Duel Masters RX serves as a sequel to Matsumoto's prior series, Duel Masters Win. The prelude for the new manga featured Duel Masters Win protagonist Win Kirifuda interacting with the franchise's original lead, Shobu Kirifuda. Matsumoto initially launched Duel Masters RX in Monthly Coro Coro Comics on March 13.
Meanwhile, the Duel Masters Win manga concluded its run in Monthly Coro Coro Comics on February 14. The series began in August 2022. The ninth compiled volume was released in December 2025, with the tenth and final volume scheduled for release on April 28. The Duel Masters Win anime adaptation premiered on TV Tokyo in September 2022.
This move comes amidst a busy period for the Duel Masters franchise, which has seen multiple manga series and anime adaptations debut and conclude recently. This includes the Duel Masters GT and Duel Masters LOST manga series, with the latter also receiving multiple net anime adaptations.
