The upcoming television anime adaptation of Eiko Mutsuhana's fantasy romance light novel, Doumo, Suki na Hito ni Horegusuri wo Irai sareta Majo desu. (Hi, I'm a Witch, and My Crush Wants Me to Make a Love Potion), has unveiled its main cast and staff. The series is set to premiere in Fall 2026.

Mikako Komatsu, known for her role in Hai to Gensou no Grimgar, will voice the witch Rose, while Youhei Azakami, who starred in Yuusha-kei ni Shosu, will portray her crush, Harij. The production staff includes director Keizou Kusakawa (Isekai Yakkyoku), series composition by Wataru Watari (Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou desu), and character design by Masakazu Ishikawa (Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri). Sound direction will be handled by Yayoi Tateishi (Tensei Oujo to Tensai Reijou no Mahou Kakumei), with music by Hayato Matsumura and music production by Heart Company. The animation will be produced by Studio Diomedéa.

A teaser promotional video offering a first look at the anime was also released. The original light novel, which began serialization on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2019, has surpassed one million copies in circulation. A manga adaptation by Misato Kamada has been ongoing since 2020.

Cross Infinite World has licensed the light novel digitally in English, releasing its two volumes in early 2021. Yen Press is handling the English release of the manga adaptation. The story centers on Rose, a witch living in seclusion who harbors a secret affection for Sir Harij Azm, a knight she encountered years prior. She finds herself tasked with creating a love potion for him, setting the stage for a complex romantic development.
