In celebration of Digimon Day, Toei Animation has unveiled the results of its global poll to determine the most beloved episodes from the franchise’s first four installments. The survey, which spanned Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Tamers, and Digimon Frontier, has paved the way for a new compilation television project titled Digimon Bokura ga Eranda Best Adventure.
Beginning October 4, Fuji TV will broadcast the top 11 winning episodes from each of these foundational series. The results highlight pivotal narrative moments that resonated with the global fanbase. For the original Digimon Adventure, the series finale, "The Fate of Two Worlds," secured the top spot, while Digimon Adventure 02 saw the emotional "The Crest of Kindness" take first place. Digimon Tamers fans chose "Beelzemon's Big Day" as the standout, and Digimon Frontier concluded its top picks with the series finale, "End of the LINE."
This announcement arrives as the franchise continues to maintain a significant presence in the anime landscape. While the latest entry, Digimon BEATBREAK, is currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll with both subbed and dubbed options, the upcoming broadcast of these curated classics offers a retrospective look at the series that defined a generation of monster-battling anime. Toei Animation also confirmed that a new, separate anime project is currently in development for a 2026 release.
