The Digimon franchise is set to expand its print presence this fall with a brand-new manga titled Digimon Eggs. Announced in the August issue of Shueisha's Saikyō Jump magazine, the series will be penned by Ayumu Minato and is scheduled to begin serialization in the magazine’s November issue, which hits shelves on October 3.
While details remain sparse, the publication has teased a premise centered on a young boy conducting an independent research project focused on Digimon. His academic pursuit takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a mysterious Digimon, setting the stage for a new narrative within the long-running monster-taming franchise.
This announcement follows the ongoing momentum of the latest television iteration, Digimon Beatbreak, which premiered on Fuji TV in October 2025. The current anime series continues to be a staple for fans, with Crunchyroll currently providing both subtitled and English-dubbed versions of the show as new episodes air.
