The official website for the Ace of Diamond anime series revealed that the second cour of Ace of Diamond: Act II Season 2 is slated for a Fall 2026 premiere. A teaser visual accompanied the announcement, offering a glimpse of what's to come.
The new episodes are scheduled to broadcast starting in October 2026 on networks including TV Tokyo and AT-X. This upcoming cour will continue the story adapted from Yuji Terajima's sequel manga, Ace of Diamond Act II. The anime series itself, which holds an 8.02 score on MyAnimeList, has been a consistent presence since its initial adaptation.
Production I.G and Madhouse previously helmed the first two anime seasons of Ace of Diamond, which aired from Fall 2013 to Spring 2015. Madhouse later produced the 52-episode run of Ace of Diamond: Act II from Spring 2019 to Winter 2020. Most recently, OLM produced the 13-episode season that concluded its broadcast on Sunday, adapting the continuing manga narrative.
The original Ace of Diamond manga concluded in 2015 after a decade-long run, with Terajima launching the Ace of Diamond Act II sequel manga shortly after. This sequel concluded in October 2022. Kodansha Comics USA has published the manga in English, with K-Manga also offering digital releases.
