Dark Machine: The Animation is ramping up for its Fall 2026 debut, with the production team dropping a second promotional video that highlights the show's intense atmosphere and reveals the opening theme, "Sonzai Riyuu Kai," performed by the veteran rock band BUCK∞TICK.
The series, which is set to air on Fuji TV, Kansai TV, and BS Fuji starting in October 2026, has expanded its voice cast. Joining the production are Ryuunosuke Watanuki as Nyudo, Jun Kousaka as Hachiman, Minori Suzuki as Bianca, and Rikuya Yasuda as Weiß.
Helming the project at Production +h. is director Kazumi Terada, known for his work on Chikyuugai Shounen Shoujo. The narrative foundation is being built by Team Carbuncle, a collaborative group featuring Takaaki Suzuki, Tatsuhiko Urahata, and Atsuo Ishino. With character designs by Kou Yoshinari and a musical score composed by SUGIZO, the series is positioning itself as a high-profile entry for the 2026 autumn season.
