The second trailer for the upcoming Dara-san of Reiwa anime has arrived, offering a fresh look at the series and announcing several new cast members. The trailer also previews the anime's ending theme song, titled "Hinatabocchi" by REIRIE.
Joining the previously announced cast are Aoi Koga as Amane Hasegawa, Tomokazu Sugita as Naomichi Fudeki, Mai Aizawa as Miwa Irako, Saori Hayami as the Older sister Shrine Maiden, and Hōchū Ōtsuka as Orochi. These additions expand the roster for the adaptation of Haruomi Tomotsuka's manga.
The anime is set to debut on July 2. The "Reiwa no Jidai ni Daijōbu nano!?" version will first air on AT-X at 9:30 p.m. JST. Subsequently, the regular version will premiere on Tokyo MX at 10:30 p.m. JST, followed by BS NTV at 11:00 p.m. JST, and Kansai TV at 1:45 a.m. JST on July 3.
Directed by Tadato Suzuki at Asahi Production, the series stars Mutsumi Tamura as the titular Dara-san, alongside Minami Tsuda as Hinata Misogiya and Momoka Terasawa as Kaoru Misogiya. The story follows two siblings who wander into a dark world and encounter the seemingly scary but ultimately kind god of misfortune, Dara-san. Yen Press is handling the English release of the manga.
