Global English publisher Crossed Hearts has revealed it has licensed four new boys-love manga titles, with all set to arrive in December. The California-based company made the announcements over the past week.

Among the licensed works is Yakei Hiragai's The Bird in the Cage Dreams (Rōchō). The story is set within the fierce, war-loving Raiveda Clan, where the clan heir, Giz, harbors a secret ambition: to free Tzad, a retired warrior held captive. Tzad is seen by others as a disgraced veteran, but to Giz, he is a trusted comrade and the only one who ever stood as his equal.

Tragedy strikes just as Giz is poised to inherit the chieftain's seat. Tzad murders a powerful clan elder, shattering their future and making him an enemy of the people he once protected. With the clan demanding retribution and destiny pulling them apart, Giz faces a difficult choice between his lifelong ambition and the man he cannot bear to lose. The manga is described as a sweeping boys' love epic about two warriors defying fate, bound by an unbreakable love and a curse that makes living a cruel punishment.
