The official website for Grotesqqque, an original omnibus anime film directed by Atsushi Nishigori, has confirmed the release of the song "TERASE." The track is performed by Mika Ichinose, who serves as one of the musical contributors for the film's "A(E)liens" story segment. According to the report, the song was written, scored, and arranged by singer-songwriter Ken Kamikita and is currently available on digital music services.
Produced by JOEN—a collaborative studio venture involving Aniplex, CloverWorks, Wit Studio, and Shueisha—the film is structured into three distinct narratives: "A(E)liens," "Yoroshiku★Girl," and "Nocturne: Nuit Grotesque." The production utilizes a wide array of musical talent, with 35 acts credited across the three stories. The film's opening theme, "Shoot Shoot Shoot," is performed by the band METALVERSE, while the ending theme is performed by Haoto.
Following a world premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal and a U.S. premiere hosted by the Japan Society in New York City, the film is set for a wide release in Japan on November 6.
