Satoshi Kisaichi's Black Channel manga is set to transition from its monthly print publication to Shogakukan's Weekly Coro Coro Comic online magazine. New installments will begin appearing on the digital platform starting May 17.

The series, which launched in Monthly Coro Coro Comics in 2020, follows the demon Black as he navigates the human world seeking material for videos. His goal is to reveal the less-seen aspects of human behavior, games, and hobbies, aided by his "high-efficiency assistant," the camera demon Camera-chan.

Shogakukan released the 13th compiled volume of Black Channel on December 26, with the 14th volume scheduled for April 28. The manga previously inspired a YouTube anime adaptation that debuted in September 2020. A television anime is also in the works.

This move follows a previous spin-off, The Black Channel: Breaking The Wall, which ran in Coro Coro Comics from June to August 2022 and also received a YouTube anime adaptation.
