GAME FREAK, the studio behind the Pokémon franchise, has released a new trailer for its upcoming action RPG, Beast of Reincarnation. The video announces that the game is now available for pre-order, detailing exclusive bonuses for early purchasers.
Standard pre-orders will include the Brown Shiba skin, while the Deluxe Edition will offer additional rewards such as the Black Shiba skin, Oni's Hat, and the Big Dipper Sword. The game is set to launch on August 4 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Notably, Beast of Reincarnation will be accessible through Xbox Game Pass from its release day.
The game is described as a one-person, one-dog action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic Japan overrun by monstrous beasts and corruption. Players will control Emma, an outcast known as a Blighted One, accompanied by her canine companion Koo. The narrative focuses on their journey through a dangerous, ever-changing world, exploring themes of humanity and strengthening their bond as strange powers emerge.
