Witch Hat Atelier, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run, and Sakamoto Days are among the anime series nominated for Best Anime at the upcoming 2026 Astra TV Awards. The Hollywood Creative Alliance revealed its full list of nominees on Wednesday, highlighting a diverse range of animated productions.
Other contenders for Best Anime Series include Dandelion, MAO, and Rooster Fighter. The awards also recognize voice talent, with Anjali Kunapaneni nominated for Best Lead Voice Over Performance for her role as Coco in Witch Hat Atelier. Patrick Seitz is also up for lead performance for his portrayal of Keiji in Rooster Fighter.
Further voice acting recognition comes for Witch Hat Atelier, as Joshua Waters earned a nomination for Best Supporting Voice Over Performance for his work as Qifrey. The Astra TV Awards ceremony is set to take place in Los Angeles on August 15.
