Manga artist Masahiro Itosugi, known for his work on Aki Sora, has reported being banned from Google services. Itosugi detailed on May 16 that the ban followed an attempt to upload older works to Google Drive. After receiving an initial warning, his appeal was reportedly denied, resulting in the account's suspension.

This ban presents a significant issue for Itosugi, as his Google account is linked to various other online platforms and services. The artist noted that the uncompressed nature of the uploaded files may have triggered the service's automated systems. In a social media post, Itosugi advised caution to others, particularly those unsure of their standing with content guidelines.

Itosugi, who debuted as an adult manga creator in 2004, transitioned to non-adult works in 2007. He has since published several titles, including Mono Kuro and is currently working on The Cuckolding Wizard’s Adventure. Notably, Aki Sora was among the first manga titles considered for restrictions under Tokyo's revised Youth Healthy Development Ordinance in 2011, leading to the cessation of print volumes for its first and third installments.
