The One Piece franchise has unveiled the interim results for its "One Piece World Top 100 2nd" global character poll, placing series protagonist Monkey D. Luffy in the lead. He is closely followed by Roronoa Zoro and Sanji, who secured the second and third spots, respectively. The core Straw Hat Pirates also show strong performance, with Nami ranking fourth and Nico Robin at sixth among the top characters revealed so far.

Other members of the Straw Hat crew have also landed within the top 30, including Tony Tony Chopper at 10th, Usopp at 16th, Brook at 20th, Franky (Cutty Flam) at 26th, and Jinbe at 30th. The current top 20 list also features popular characters like Trafalgar Law, Portgas D. Ace, Shanks, and Boa Hancock.

The "One Piece World Top 100 2nd" poll, which opened on March 4, allows fans to vote once daily for any of the 1,567 characters across the franchise. As of this announcement, the poll has amassed over 10 million votes. Interim rankings broken down by region, covering Japan, Asia, Oceania, North America, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, are scheduled for release on May 11.

Fans have until June 11 at 11:59 p.m. Japan Time to cast their votes. The final results will be announced in August as part of the One Piece Day '26 celebrations. A promotional video highlighting characters in iconic moments was released on March 4 to commemorate the poll's launch.
