Get ready for more romantic chaos as The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is set to return for its third season on July 5. The official website revealed the premiere date alongside a new key visual and introduced three of the new heroines who will be joining Rentaro Aijo's ever-growing harem.
Fans can look forward to meeting Yamame Yasashiki, a member of the gardening club; Momiji Momi, a third-year junior high student; and Kishika Torotoro, the president of the girls' kendo club. Adding to the expanding cast, Kaori Ishihara will voice Rentaro's cousin Chiyo Iin, while Ayana Taketatsu steps in as Nadi, a distinctive Japanese language teacher. The series continues its broadcast on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS11.
Bibury Animation Studio is back at the helm for animation, with Hikaru Sato returning to direct. The production team also sees the return of Takashi Aoshima for series scripts, Akane Yano for character designs, and Shūhei Mutsuki, Shunsuke Takizawa, and eba for music composition. The first two seasons of the adaptation, which premiered in October 2023 and January 2025 respectively, are available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
The manga, created by Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa, has been serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump since December 2019. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the series in English, with its 17th volume released in March and the 18th due out in June. The source manga is currently on a slower release schedule due to author Yukiko Nozawa's maternity leave.
